By accessing and using Fastrackship ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Fastrackship for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account

4. Driver Requirements

All drivers using the Platform must:

• Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Maintain proper insurance coverage
• Comply with all applicable transportation regulations
• Provide accurate information about their qualifications and equipment

5. Shipper Requirements

All shippers using the Platform must:

• Provide accurate information about their freight
• Comply with all applicable shipping regulations
• Pay agreed-upon rates in a timely manner
• Ensure freight is properly prepared for pickup

6. Payment Terms

Fastrackship facilitates payments between shippers and drivers. By using our Platform:

• Shippers agree to pay the agreed-upon rate for completed deliveries
• Drivers agree to complete deliveries as specified in job postings
• Fastrackship may charge service fees as disclosed in our pricing
• All payments are subject to our payment processing terms

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

8. Disclaimer

The information on this Platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fastrackship excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Fastrackship or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
