FastrackShip is a subscription-based digital freight marketplace and technology platform. We connect independent drivers, owner-operators, carriers, fleets, shippers, and brokers — giving everyone the tools to post loads, find loads, send proposals, and manage freight activity in one place.
No. FastrackShip is not a licensed freight broker and does not act as one. We are a technology platform and marketplace that facilitates connections between independent parties. All freight brokerage activity conducted through our platform is the sole responsibility of the licensed users engaging in it.
No. FastrackShip does not transport, haul, or arrange the transportation of any freight. We provide software tools and a marketplace where shippers can connect directly with independent drivers and carriers who operate under their own authority.
No. FastrackShip does not employ drivers or any transportation workers. All drivers and carriers on our platform are independent contractors or independent businesses operating entirely under their own authority, licensing, and insurance.
No. FastrackShip does not guarantee load availability, load assignments, or payment outcomes. All transactions and agreements are made directly between shippers and drivers or carriers. FastrackShip is not a party to any freight transaction and makes no guarantees about earnings or work volume.
Subscription fees are charged based on your selected plan (monthly or annually). Your first charge occurs when you select and confirm your plan after signup. Founding Members benefit from no subscription charge until their first accepted load pickup. You can cancel anytime — you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Founding Members are early adopters who joined FastrackShip during our launch period. They receive exclusive benefits including no subscription charge until their first load pickup is completed, special platform recognition, and priority access to new features as we grow.
FastrackShip performs a basic document review as part of our account verification process. However, we do not independently certify or guarantee the credentials, licensing, insurance status, or identity of any user. All users are encouraged to independently verify the credentials of any party they choose to transact with.
After creating your account, you'll be prompted to select a subscription plan, complete your profile, and submit your verification documents. Once your documents are reviewed and your account is verified, you'll have full marketplace access — post loads, find loads, send proposals, and connect directly with other users on the platform.
